I’m a Registered Dietitian in Montreal specializing in eating disorders and intuitive eating. I have been helping people break free from the cycle of restriction and cravings so they can enjoy food without guilt or obsession for close to a decade.

Having extensive experience working with clients who continuosly do yoyo diets, I can tell you that there’s healthier and less restrictive way to break through from your cravings so you feel more in control with food!

 I’m a Registered Dietitian in Montreal specializing in intuitive eating and helping people improve their relationship with food. I have worked with hundreds of clients who struggle with guilt around sugar, calories, exercise and much more. My work focuses on helping them understand their cravings, their needs, and why they may feel pressure to change their bodies. I’m so excited to share a key piece of that puzzle in this webinar - why cravings happen and how to navigate them in a healthier way!
